Generate a branded SOP from live config
Turn your live M365 configuration into a branded Standard Operating Procedure in Markdown, HTML, PDF, or DOCX.

Walkthrough

Open the SOP Generator
From the sidebar, click "Documents" and then "Generate SOP".

Pick one or more policy types
18 policy types are supported, grouped by domain — Conditional Access, Intune compliance policies, Exchange mail flow, and more.

Pick an export format
Choose Markdown, HTML, PDF, or DOCX. PDF and DOCX use your uploaded branding (logo + accent colour) from Settings → Branding.

Click "Generate"
Generation runs server-side and takes under 30 seconds. The finished document appears in Documents → Generated.

Download or share
Click the document to preview, or use the overflow menu to download, copy a share link, or regenerate.
