Open the HIPAA hub
From the sidebar, click "HIPAA". The landing page shows your current safeguard coverage.

Click "Run Assessment"
The assessment reuses your latest Guard scan where possible and only re-queries what it needs.

Review per-safeguard status
Results are grouped by Administrative, Physical, and Technical safeguards. Each safeguard maps to specific M365 controls and shows pass/fail with evidence.

Export the evidence packet
Click "Export Evidence" to download a PDF bundle with per-safeguard evidence, screenshots of the underlying policies, and your assessment date.
