Compare two Veri-Vault snapshots
Spot exactly what changed in your M365 configuration between two automatic Vault snapshots.
Before you start
- •Any plan tier (Vault snapshots are captured automatically alongside every scan)
- •At least two scans on record for the target tenant

A side-by-side diff of two snapshots with every added, removed, or modified setting highlighted.
Walkthrough

Open Veri-Vault
From the sidebar, click "Vault". The timeline shows every Automatic Scan Snapshot captured for this tenant.

Select two snapshots to compare
Click the first snapshot, then Shift+click the second. The "Compare" action lights up in the toolbar.

Review the diff
Changes are grouped by domain (Identity, Intune, Exchange, etc.). Added settings are green, removed are red, modified are yellow.

Drill into a specific change
Click any changed setting to see the old value, new value, who changed it (if auditable), and the underlying Graph call.

On Enterprise, the Vault Activity Log adds continuous change tracking between scans and drift alerts.
