How does MSP pricing work?

Every tenant (including your own) is $399/mo with full Enterprise features. Volume discounts apply automatically: 20% off ($319/tenant/mo) for 5-14 tenants, 30% off ($279/tenant/mo) for 15+ tenants. Annual commitment required for volume pricing. A minimum of 3 tenants is required.

What features do my clients get?

Every managed client gets the full Enterprise feature set — 923-control assessment across M365 and Intune, Veri-Tune Policy Insights and modify-in-place remediation, Veri-Patch update intelligence with AU-scoped group sync, Veri-Vault Full with activity log and tenant reconnect, compliance evidence packages, AI insights, runbooks, and framework mapping. There is no feature difference between your MSP tenant and your client tenants.

How do I add a client tenant?

From the MSP Dashboard, click "Add Client" and enter the client's domain or tenant ID. This generates a Microsoft admin consent URL. The client's Global Admin clicks the link and approves — the tenant is connected in under 60 seconds. No manual configuration needed.

Can I white-label Veri-Tech for my clients?

Yes. From the MSP Dashboard, enable white-label branding to display your logo and custom product name when viewing client tenants. Clients see your brand, not Veri-Tech.

What is the minimum tenant count?

MSP subscriptions require a minimum of 3 tenants (your own MSP tenant plus at least 2 managed clients). This ensures the MSP tier is used by actual managed service providers. Single-tenant organizations should use Starter, Pro, or Enterprise.

How does billing work when I add or remove clients?

Adding a client increases your Stripe subscription quantity immediately, prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle. Removing a client decreases the quantity with a credit applied. Volume discount tiers adjust automatically as your client count changes.

Is the HIPAA Compliance Pack available for MSP?

Yes. The HIPAA Compliance Pack ($199/mo add-on) can be added to your MSP subscription. It applies to all tenants — both your MSP tenant and all managed clients — adding 67 HIPAA-specific controls with CFR citations and audit-ready reports.
